Freedom Rocks! Fireworks
Grand Lagoon | Panama City Beach 
July 3, 2024, 8:45 p.m.
 
The Grand Lagoon lights up on July 3 to celebrate Independence Day. Arrive early to enjoy a meal at one of the waterfront restaurants and find your spot on the green lawn at Treasure Island Marina or from the Grand Lagoon Bridge to watch the show. Free parking will be available at Capt. Anderson’s Marina, Treasure Island Marina, and Pirate’s Cove Marinas. More information HERE.
 
Guided Nature Hike
Camp Helen State Park | Panama City Beach
July 4, 2024, 10:00-11:00 a.m. 
 
Go beyond your park visit and join Park Ranger staff for a nature hike on Camp Helen’s user-friendly trail system. Learn about the park’s flora and fauna and the larger ecosystem of the Florida Panhandle. This hike is great for all experience levels and requires moderate endurance. Park Ranger guided hikes take place every first Thursday of each month. Free with paid park entry of $4 per vehicle. More information HERE
  
 
 
Cove Jubilee - July 4th Block Party 
Beach Drive Scenic Overlook | Panama City

The Cove neighborhood is celebrating 4th of July with a block party. Join in the fun at E. Beach Drive! Bring your own lawn chairs and enjoy the food trucks and Panama City fireworks which will begin at 9 p.m. Learn more HERE
 
 
 
Salute to Freedom Festival 
101 West Beach Drive | Panama City 
July 4, 2024, 4:00- 9:30 p.m. 
 
Commemorate our nation’s independence with an unforgettable day with friends and family. With an exciting lineup of activities and entertainment, this festival promises fun for all ages. There will be food trucks, live music, a kids zone and vendors. Chandler Hunt, Son of Saints, and headliner Last Left will be performing on stage. Admission is free  with limited VIP tickets available for $50 that include gourmet catering and special access to the Visitors Center Deck for the fireworks display. Star Spangled Spectacular 
M.B. Miller County Pier | Panama City Beach 
July 4, 2024 
 
Have a “Real. Fun. Fourth.” in Panama City Beach this July and watch the largest display of fireworks on the Gulf Coast! Dueling fireworks will launch from the iconic Russell-Fields City Pier and the M.B. Miller County Pier that evening at 9:00 p.m. Viewers can tune into Island 105.9 FM and Wild Willie 100.1 FM to experience the fireworks show as a live choreographed music simulcast. Light Up the Gulf

Sponsored in part by Destination Panama City, this year’s celebration promises to be bigger and better, featuring a spectacular fireworks display over St Andrews Bay. There will be a great selection of food trucks including Papa Joe’s, Getchewabox, Beach Tacos 850,  OMG@PCB, Poppy’s Pizza, St. Andy’s Disembarked, Wray Guidry’s Cajun, Melissa’s Kuisine, Taco Doctors, Tri R Tips, Gelato Love & Street Car Snowballs. Enjoy a variety of games by Tino’s Gaming such as capture the flag, Nerf wars, cornhole and inflatables. Live music will be provided by String Theory. Parking is limited. 
 
 
History Tour 
Camp Helen State Park | Panama City Beach

Go beyond your park visit and discover the past and present on a ranger guided history walking tour of the grounds at Camp Helen. Learn about the rich history of Camp Helen’s Historic District, which is a Nationally Registered Historic Place, from the Hicks family building all the way to when Avondale Textile Mill utilized the property for their employee summer retreat . HNES Fishing Tournament

Cast your lines and reel in the excitement at Holy Nativity Episcopal School’s annual fishing tournament! Summer Concert Series

Hot summer nights are made for music, and the Summer Concert Series has become a beloved summertime tradition in Panama City Beach. Enjoy a free concert in the park every Thursday at Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater all summer. Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. Coolers, pets and food are welcome. Dive for a Cure

Join Colten and his family for their annual spearfishing tournament which raises funds for children battling cancer. The event kicks off on July 12th at and culminates with a weigh-in on July 14th at 4:00 p.m. Come together for a noble cause and enjoy food trucks, raffle prizes and other festivities. 8th Annual Charity Fashion Show 
Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Conference Center | Panama City Beach

The Arc of the Bay presents the 8th Annual Kohl’s Charity Fashion Show which celebrates self-advocacy and inclusion. The Arc of the Bay provides life and job skills training to over 450 individuals with special abilities, helping them lead more productive and independent lifestyles. Spend an evening supporting a good cause and meet 36 individuals from the community who will hitting the runway showcasing the latest fashion. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased HERE
