History Tour 
Camp Helen State Park | Panama City Beach
February 1, 2024, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
 
Go beyond your park visit and discover the past and present on a ranger guided history walking tour of the grounds at Camp Helen. Learn about the rich history of Camp Helen’s Historic District, which is a Nationally Registered Historic Place, from the Hicks family building all the way to when Avondale Textile Mill utilized the property for their employee summer retreat . Ranger-Guided First Day Hike
Camp Helen State Park | Panama City Beach
February 6, 2024, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
 
Join a park ranger on a guided nature hike through Camp Helen State Park and start the year off on the right foot. During the hike, the rangers will share information about the flora and fauna found throughout the park. First Day Hikes are part of a nationwide initiative led by America’s State Parks to encourage people to get outdoors. Hundreds of guided hikes will be organized in all 50 states on New Year’s Day. Fore Her Pink Run and Walk

The annual Pink Run 5K and Walk returns with a timed 5K-Race, Walk, Survivor Stroll and after party with music, a photo booth, food, prizes, and more! Proceeds from this event will benefit Fore Her, which provides financial assistance to local breast cancer patients.  Wear your pink and run for a good cause. Register HERE


Cirque Italia Water Circus

Cirque Italia has pulled out all the stops this year to take you on a magical dream adventure. Go back to simpler times when soda fountains, muscle cars and drive-in theaters in the 1950s. Camellia Festival 
Eden Gardens State Park | Santa Rosa Beach

The Friends of Eden Gardens invite the community to the annual Camellia Festival. The grounds of Eden Gardens State Park has over 370 camellias throughout. Beginning to bloom in late November, camellias bring beautiful blooms to the park through the winter months. Visitors are invited to stroll through amazing gardens full of unique camellias, see displays and demonstrations, historic re-enactments, and learn about camellia propagating and growing. There will be camellias for sale as a fundraiser for the park. The annual festival is hosted by the Friends of Eden Gardens State Park. Attendance is free with paid park admission ($4 per car). 
 
 
Valentine Tour of Homes

The highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes returns this Valentine’s weekend. The two-day event offers a self-guided tour through some of South Walton’s most unique homes representing diverse architectural styles, beautiful interior design, historic significance and fine art collections. Americana Concerts in the Lodge

Americana Concerts series is back at Camp Helen State Park every Saturday through March. Tickets are available for purchase for a suggested donation of $15 on the Friends of Camp Helen website HERE. Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival

Food Trucks Festivals of America is bringing the Annual Panama City Beach Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival back to Aaron Bessant Park this February. 30 of Florida’s most popular food trucks will dish out fan favorites while the season’s top craft beers will be available for sale. The festival will be a weekend of craft beer, great food, lawn games, music, and fun for the whole family. General admission tickets start at $5 a day online HERE ($10 at the gate). Children 12 and under are free. All first responders will receive free admission with valid ID.  
 
 
 
PCB Mardi Gras & Music Festival

Combine the excitement of authentic Mardi Gras celebration with the spectacular views of emerald green water and sugar white sand. In conjunction with the Krewe of Dominque Youx’s great Mardi Gras at the Beach parade, the festival is held the weekend before Fat Tuesday and features entertainment for the whole family. The Kids parade will be on Friday, main parade on Saturday. Fireworks. The 30A Wine Festival, presented by The Alys Foundation, returns to beautiful Alys Beach for its 13th year. The festival showcases renowned distillers, vintners, and culinary favorites over four days of celebration - a series of events and workshops where wine enthusiasts and bourbon lovers alike relish in the festivities. All proceeds from the festival benefit the Children’s Volunteer Health Network, a local charity which provides health services to uninsured or underinsured school children in Walton and Okaloosa Counties. Krewe of St. Andrews Mardi Gras

This three-day festival is packed with nonstop fun, delicious food, and incredible entertainment. The celebration kicks off with a kids parade at 4:30 p.m. on Friday followed by a mask parade. The main parade takes place on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with more than 30 brightly colored floats as they make their way through Historic St. Andrews, filling the air with festive music and tens of thousands of beads and doubloons. On Sunday, bring your furry friends and join the Mardi Gras Pet Parade at Oaks by the Bay Park at 2:30 p.m (registration begins at 1:00 p.m). 
 
 
 
Cirque Under the Stars

Come out to this family friendly cirque event at the amphitheater. $30 adults, $20 kids. Presented by Santa Rosa Beach Aerial Arts. Tickets HERE. Amazing aerial acrobatic performances, cirque performers and fire acts! Featuring local performers and businesses from throughout the Panhandle and the United States. There will be food trucks, refreshments, pre-show entertainment and family activities on-site. There will be limited front section VIP tickets available. This is an outdoor festival style seating event, bring your own chair/blanket. Rain or shine event. Tickets are available at the door though pre-purchase is encouraged.
 
Emerald Coast Boat Show

The annual Emerald Coast Boat Show is back for three days with over $40 million marine inventory on display from all major manufacturers and top dealers representing the latest in boats, high tech engines, electronics and marine accessories. The event will feature everything for active, outdoor living including stand up paddleboards and fishing kayaks, outdoor kitchens, diving gear, active wear, and beach cruising bikes. Scottish Festival
