What did you love about your house?
"One of our favorite memories of the house was having to spend the first night without blinds in our bedroom! Needless to say, I was at the home improvement store the next morning buying blinds. Our best memory was setting up our girls’ room before they were born and of course, bringing them home for their first night from the hospital."
Why did you want to sell?
"We moved from our house in 2013 due to a territory change with my job. Since 2013 we have rented the house. Had a terrible experience with the first renter but after that, our tenants were really great. Couldn’t ask for better renters. We chose to rent instead of selling due to being so far away and the fear of not being able to handle things that needed to be done to prepare for selling.""We decided to sell around June of 2018"
We chose to use Craig Duran due to knowing him when we lived in the house before we moved and had heard really positive things from people that dealt with him.
What was it like to sell a property when you lived so far away?
"From the start, I told Craig I was a little nervous and basically had no clue how to start the selling process. Craig assured me that he and his company would handle everything for us. He handled everything from small repairs to scheduling carpet cleaners. After only being on the market for less than a month, we had an offer and closed mid-September. Best thing was we never had to drive down for ANYTHING."
What made selling so easy?
"Craig took care of everything and made the experience simple and very easy for us.This was our first house we bought after we got married so it was a little sad to sell it but the way Craig and his company handled the process made it a truly enjoyable experience."
