For over 20 years, Craig has been the trusted name in the Panama City Beach and 30A real estate markets. With his extensive knowledge of the area and unwavering dedication to his customers, Craig has earned a reputation as the go-to real estate agent in the area since 2003. His personalized service and easy going nature have helped him build a loyal customer base, and his commitment to excellence is second to none.
After graduating from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Craig played music professionally for over a decade. In 1997, he landed in Panama City Beach to play with the popular showband, "Clutch." However, his passion for real estate soon took over in the early 2000s and he has been in the real estate business full-time since 2003.
Craig’s priority is his customer. He takes the time to listen and understand their goals, and then works tirelessly to help them achieve them.
"For me, it is always about the buyer or seller I am working with. It's their money and their house or their condo...their life really. I am just here to help them. Closing a real estate transaction is complex. I am deeply committed to making sure everything is done right so the customer can relax and enjoy the process."
When Craig isn't working in real estate, he likes to exercise, play golf and still plays the saxophone on a regular basis.
Born and raised on the Emerald Coast, Jacob knows firsthand why so many people flock to Panama City Beach each year. He's made it his mission to share that personal knowledge and help his clients make informed decisions about their real estate needs.
With a degree in Marketing from Florida State University, Jacob has a keen eye for what makes a property stand out in today's crowded market. But what sets him apart is his commitment to building lasting relationships with his clients, based on trust and transparency.
Jacob's dedication to helping others extends beyond his work in real estate, too - he has spent time as a volunteer to mentor and tutor children at the Boys and Girls Club of Bay County.
Jacob is a Director on the board of the Central Panhandle Association of Florida (CPAR), where he sits on the Governmental Affairs Committee advocating for private property rights. What drives him is the desire to help everyone achieve the American dream of homeownership, and he is genuinely passionate about helping everyone achieve that dream. Jacob was honored with CPAR's Roy Crecelius Humanitarian Award in 2023, in recognition of his significant contributions to community service.
Despite graduating with a degree in Political Science, Melissa fell headfirst into a career in branding and communications after joining Nike, where she was tasked with setting up its PR department in its Southeast Asia headquarters.
Melissa went on to work for two other global brands - MTV Networks and Discovery Communications - in their Asia-Pacific headquarters. In her last role, she was Vice President, Communications, looking after Discovery’s portfolio of 7 networks, such as Discovery Channel and Animal Planet, across 34 countries. She has worked on many international events including the ‘98 World Cup in France, the first-ever MTV Asia Awards, and the launch of TLC and Discovery Kids in the Asia-Pacific region, and has traveled with the likes of the late Anthony Bourdain, and the Brazil National Football (soccer) team in her various roles.
As a natural-born storyteller, Melissa brings her passion for writing, photography, and film to her work. Whether she is helping a client showcase their property in the best light, or promoting the Duran Group brand, she is always looking for a way to weave stories that connect and resonate.

The Ramsey Solutions’ Foundation in Personal Finance program by celebrated financial guru Dave Ramsey is taught in more than 45% of high schools across the country and has impacted the lives of more than 6 million students. Craig is personally committed to supporting this annual program as he recognizes the importance of teaching financial literacy to young people so they can make smart financial decisions throughout their lives. The Duran Group provides the materials for the year in order for the teachers to teach this course at J.R. Arnold High School.
The Duran Group supports the efforts of our local Habitat for Humanity to build new homes for those in need here. Through CPAR, we make financial contributions to the organization as they seek to provide shelter and help improve the lives of people in our community.
We recognize the importance of extracurricular activities and keeping kids engaged in a positive way. As such, we support youth sports like basketball and volleyball and also are a sponsor of the J.R. Arnold High School band.
