Jacob Willenborg

Born and raised on the Emerald Coast, Jacob knows firsthand why so many people flock to Panama City Beach each year. He's made it his mission to share that personal knowledge and help his clients make informed decisions about their real estate needs.

 

With a degree in Marketing from Florida State University, Jacob has a keen eye for what makes a property stand out in today's crowded market. But what sets him apart is his commitment to building lasting relationships with his clients, based on trust and transparency.

 

Jacob's dedication to helping others extends beyond his work in real estate, too - he has spent time as a volunteer to mentor and tutor children at the Boys and Girls Club of Bay County. 

 

Jacob is a Director on the Board of the Central Panhandle Association of Florida (CPAR), where he sits on the Governmental Affairs Committee advocating for private property rights. What drives him is the desire to help everyone achieve the American dream of homeownership, and he is genuinely passionate about helping everyone achieve that dream. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the community and honored with CPAR's Roy Crecelius Humanitarian Award in 2023.

 

When he's not working hard for his clients, Jacob can be found at the beach or doing CrossFit. He also enjoys watching football in the fall (Go Noles!).
